Designing a trophy
room begins with looking at the client's space and needs. If you are in
the process of building a great room or redesigning an existing room, we
work with your architect on lighting and lighting issues, types of wood
or wall finishes or textures to enhance the room and collection, as well
as designing the space to fit your trophies more effectively. |
| We
go over the general ideas you have, and, by using natural elements such
as fabricated cliffs, waterfalls, hand painted custom mural work, artificial
plants and tree work, we achieve the look you are searching for. We take
into consideration the existing taxidermy shoulder mounts and life-size
mounts, laying out what is already completed, restoration and cleaning of
these trophies if needed, remounting existing work, planning what is to
be added, and designing a layout to better fit the room concept. |

We
try to look ahead to where you expect to be hunting over the next five years
so the room can always look well designed as taxidermy is continuously added.
We work out a budget, create drawings or sketches to assist you in visualizing
the finished room, and calculate what the job entails. We determine if we
can commute to the job site, staying nearby by the week or the duration
of the job. Building materials are purchased and locally drop-shipped to
your location. We plan on going over the job at different stages, schedule
meeting times so we make sure we are in agreement before we proceed. When
we leave your home or room, you can be sure it will be beautifully designed,
professionally laid out and clean and orderly. |
